At Therapy Wellness Counselling, we aim to provide a fair and transparent refund policy for all clients. Please read the following terms carefully:
Session Payments
All counselling sessions must be paid for in advance or at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients must give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Sessions cancelled with more than 24 hours’ notice will be fully refunded or rescheduled without charge.

Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable, as the time has been reserved exclusively for you.
Missed Sessions
If you do not attend your session (online or in person) without prior notice, the full session fee is non-refundable.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, the session will still end at the scheduled time and the full fee will apply. No partial refunds are given.
Therapist Cancellations
If Therapy Wellness Counselling needs to cancel a session, you will be offered:

a rescheduled appointment, or
-
a full refund for that session
You will never be charged for a session cancelled by us.
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 3–7 working days, depending on your payment provider.
Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds outside this policy may be considered in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of the therapist.
